Hi my name is Jeanne and I am thrilled to be a part of the amazing team here at Children's Corner! I moved here from Arizona where I have lived most of my life, and it's a bit different here (especially when it comes to the weather, but it's beautiful and fun here so I am adjusting quite nicely. Five "C" words sum me up and they are; creative, crazy cat lady and COFFEE (or "caffiene"). Art/ anything creative is my favorite activity so you will be seeing a lot of creative things coming from my classroom! I have been working with children since 2011 and plan to continue and expand my knowledge for years to come. I currently am working towards a certificate in early childhood, but will, in the future work towards two Associates degrees in early childhood and Fine Arts. I am also half way towards a fine arts Associates degree.

Hi, My name is Rosemary... I am a mother of 2 kids. My oldest is my son and he's 19 years old and my daughter is 10 yrs old. I have 16 yrs experience working with kids. I've worked with infants all the way to 5 yrs old. I love working with kids and seeing how they grow and learn academically. I plan to continue my education in child development.
My name is Jo Anna and I am the Blue room lead teacher. I really enjoy working with the youngest members of our school and helping them become independent learners and watch them grow as they explore their environment. I believe that socialization is very important at the age of 2 and I try to do everything I can to encourage language acquisition and communication in our classroom to help the students meet their needs.
My name is Jennifer and I am so excited to be the orange room teacher! I have always loved working with children for as long as I can remember. I believe that preschool is an age of innocence and the students are always so excited to learn about life! Growing up, I always went to my teachers for guidance and support. I hope to be that for my students. I moved out here from New Jersey, where I grew up. Being an east coast girl out here has been amazing!! The sun is always shining and I can go to the beach and the city all the time! I graduated from Susquehanna University in the charming town of Selinsgrove, PA. I hold a bachelor of science degree in Early Childhood Education (pre-k through fourth grade). I completed my student teaching in a special education preschool class and in Kindergarten. I am currently studying for my early childhood certification in the state of California and in the future, pursuing my masters in Special Education and ESL. I am very dedicated to providing meaningful learning in a comfortable and supportive learning environment. I am very creative and we sing a lot so you will definitely hear my classroom!

Our teachers are highly qualified and have experience and training in the field of Early Childhood Education. Each hold certifications and degrees in the field of education, psychology, and other related fields to provide the knowledge and training needed to work with our young members. They always do their best to provide the best possible environment providing the care, attention, and respect that every child deserves, while also helping children discover their independence and encourage skills to meet their needs. We go through a rigorous process before we ask a teacher to join our staff. All teachers have to be fingerprinted and cleared through the FBI and must maintain a clear criminal record. We also require all of our teachers to attend professional development conferences and workshops and encourage teachers to continue their education. All employees are CPR and First Aid Certified.
